Driven less than 7,000 miles from new, this 2005 Dodge Viper is an extremely well-kept triple black (black top, black paint, black interior) SRT-10 roadster. It has known limited previous ownership and originally sold new for $85,645. The Park Place LTD Service Center completed a thorough inspection of this Viper in September 2014, and also installed a new battery and performed an oil & filter service at that time.
The Dodge Viper truly is one of the last analogue sports cars, with a massive V10 under the hood and not much in terms of electronic nannies. The 8.3L V10 is tuned to develop 500hp / 525lb-ft of torque and send it to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission -- just as a proper performance car should. An upgraded K&N intake has been added by a previous owner, and the SRT performance suspension and limited slip differential are standard features.
No blinded by sheer performance, Dodge outfitted the Viper with a cabin that features a fair amount of comfort amenities. Leather & suede upholstery come standard, along with air conditioning, power windows and even power-adjustable pedals. To further improve on the luxury amenities, a previous owner had a premium Kenwood Excelon AM/FM radio with touchscreen display, JL Audio subwoofer and new Focal speakers installed to compliment the factory audio system. Bluetooth, iPod integration and GPS navigation were also added. Additionally, the stock SRT wheels have been replaced by 19" front / 20" rear Hennessey performance wheels with Pilot Super Sport rubber.
Included with the car are owner's books, a set of keys, record of the Park Place LTD Service Center inspection and service, as well as a CarFax history report.
